The 38th edition of the awards ceremony for the Spanish Air Force 2016 Awards was held on 23 June 2016, which Yllana organised at the Air Force Headquarters.
Under the motto ‘Heroes of the Air’ both the award-winners and the public attending the event could learn first-hand about the riskiest actions that these professionals have had to undertake.
Presiding over the ceremony was Minister of Defence Pedro Morenés Eulate, accompanied by the Air Force Chief of Staff (JEMA), General F. Javier García Arnaiz.
