The good news keeps coming from Argentina! At the ACE Awards ceremony, held at Teatro El Nacional in Buenos Aires, THE OPERA LOCOS was recognised as Best Music Hall / Café Concert, adding another prestigious award to the three Hugo Awards it recently received.
The Argentine version of the show, which premiered last April at Teatro Politeama in Buenos Aires, was made possible through a collaboration with Juan José Campanella and 100 Bares Producciones, alongside PAC – Performing Arts Content.
Under the direction of Joe O’Curneen, Yllana’s Artistic Director, this production has successfully brought our unique blend of humour, music and physical theatre to an extraordinary Argentine cast, who have truly made the show their own.
It brings us immense joy to see a show created by Yllana continue to travel, grow and win over new audiences around the world.
