Our work shows a contemporary piece that respects and brings Yllana’s vision to the classic original text. The myth of Tenorio mixed with the liturgy of the Alcalá public to attend the performance every year, are the two challenges we want to live up to.
A Don Juan without artifice that relies on its actors, its makeup and its costumes… and some surprises that we are not going to reveal but that, of course, are worth discovering for yourself in the centuries-old Walls of Alcalá de Henares in the most multitudinous theatrical performance in our country.
You will be able to decide if we have achieved it on Thursday, October 31 and Friday, November 1, from 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.).
