Under the slogan “If you don’t see it clearly, come to the ONCE Low Vision Foundation,” Once Low Vision was born today, a new platform designed to provide autonomy and equal opportunities to people with low vision who do not meet the requirements to join ONCE, but who also need access to technology, information, and specialized support.
At Yllana, we collaborated on the presentation event, which was held at the Palace of the Dukes of Pastrana, where we created a unique sensory experience: through a large screen and legendary melodies from the history of cinema, we recreated the different low vision pathologies.
It was attended by prominent figures such as the Minister of Social Rights, Consumption, and the 2030 Agenda, Pablo Bustinduy; the president of the ONCE Social Group, Miguel Carballeda; Infanta Elena; and other authorities, as well as eye health experts, associations and entities in the sector, and vision researchers.
The music was provided by Las Violinísticas, enveloping the event in a magical atmosphere.
