Rehearsals begin for The Dinner Game: The Musical"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>We\u2019re now fully immersed in rehearsals for <em><strong>The Dinner Game: The Musical<\/strong><\/em>, and at last we can introduce the <strong>full cast<\/strong> who will bring this brand-new version of <strong>Francis Veber\u2019s<\/strong> legendary comedy to life.<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>Leo Rivera<\/strong> as Pierre Brochant and <strong>Jaume Gir\u00f3<\/strong> as Fran\u00e7ois Pignon leading the company, the cast is already hard at work on an adaptation that brings this celebrated comedy into the world of musical theatre for the very first time.<\/p>\n<p>At Yllana, we are responsible for the <strong>direction and adaptation<\/strong> of the production, led by <strong>Joe O\u2019Curneen<\/strong>, who also co-writes the book and lyrics with <strong>Zen\u00f3n Recalde<\/strong>. The original music is composed by <strong>Iv\u00e1n Mac\u00edas<\/strong>, with <strong>Dar\u00edo Regattieri<\/strong> as executive producer and <strong>beon. Entertainment<\/strong> as producer.<\/p>\n<p>These first rehearsals are allowing us to begin shaping the unique world of this new <em>Dinner Game<\/em>: impossible characters, misunderstandings, increasingly outrageous situations, music and, of course, plenty of comedy.
