La novia de papá
La Novia de Papá. A comedy adapted by Paloma Bravo and Joseph O´Curneen, and interpreted by Maria Castro, Eva Isanta, Armando del Río, Rodrigo Sáenz de Heredia, Lucía de la Fuente, y Nadia de Santiago. La Novia de Papá is a story which is mischievous ,urban, empathic and a lot of fun because they say the things that we think and that we do not dare to say out loud.
One day you suddenly fall in love… And almost without noticing, you start losing your sense of direction, gravity, and the custody of your own independence. And perhaps you feel like you are amongst the clouds, gawked, being something that will not take long, since we have to be sane and with our feet on the ground for what is going to come. And if its someone like Pablo who you fall in love with, as Sol does, not only going is she going to neglect your precious independence, you will end up sharing not only their lust and love…. but also their life; their house, their wealth, and the shared custody. Because he has two daughter, and the character on those two. Ah, and an ex. Later you will stop being yourself, you turn into the girlfriend of father and you rise to step-mother, and having children happens amongst two…. lovebirds….until you are left awed, and you will ask yourself, What mess have I gotten into?…. it is only called one thing: Family
And all this, what was it for?… Oh that´s right, for love.
And your independence?
